The United States expects Israel to announce changes to its policies today that would ensure equal treatment to all US citizen travelers, including Palestinian-Americans, as part of an agreement aimed at giving Israelis visa-free access to the United States, State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller said on Wednesday.
